This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Establish and nurture "C-suite" level connections with reseller partners, acting as a consultant to enhance their business growth.
• Inform partners about the advantages of our AI product suite, illustrating how integrated intelligence sets RingCentral apart in a competitive market.
• Create impactful joint business plans that align revenue goals with contemporary marketing strategies and technical certifications.
• Work alongside partners to identify and engage Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, offering expert-level assistance throughout the sales process.
• Promote the utilization of the RingCentral Partner Portal and advanced sales tools to enhance partner efficiency.
• Spearhead partner interactions, emphasizing the "Total Experience" (TX) by merging employee communications with customer experience solutions.
• Provide dynamic training programs that enable partners to stay ahead in AI features, security compliance, and hybrid work trends.
• Conduct workshops and certifications that empower partner sales teams to focus on selling "value-out" instead of "feature-down."
• Oversee a structured schedule of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), leveraging data-driven insights to enhance partner performance against KPIs.
• Deliver precise forecasting and pipeline visibility to leadership through Salesforce.
• Serve as the "Voice of the Partner" within the organization, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine our channel-first strategy.
• Minimum of 3 years in channel sales or partner management, specifically in SaaS, Cloud, or AI-driven communication technologies.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing quotas through MSP, Reseller, and VAR (Value-Added Reseller) channels.
• Extensive experience in transitioning from traditional PBX systems to modern, AI-enhanced cloud environments.
• Capability to articulate the business implications of AI and Machine Learning in the communications sector.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in translating complex sales data into actionable plans for territory growth.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and contemporary partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
