This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Develop, strategize, and implement the regional sales plan in collaboration with your team and partners in your area (resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and local branches of global alliances).
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers at both new and existing regional partners.
• Empower and activate partners by assisting them in expanding their SaaS backup practice and guiding them in identifying new business opportunities within the region.
• Ensure satisfaction among customers and partners by resolving issues and collaborating closely with our sales, customer success, product, and development teams.
• Maintain precise and timely records of all partner sales and prospecting activities in CRM and PRM systems, contributing to an overview, accurate sales pipeline, and forecasting.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor actions.
• Strong commercial acumen with several years of experience in cultivating partner relationships within the SaaS/IT sector.
• A genuine enthusiasm for developing and nurturing a regional partner ecosystem that includes resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and distributors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• A structured approach to business development.
• Proficiency in English and German languages.
