This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee all Partner activities within India.
• Take ownership of the strategy and implementation of the partner plan in the region to support the overall regional objectives.
• Manage and work with a select group of Focus Partners.
• Facilitate distribution and collaborate with a diverse range of general partners to meet the required coverage model.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan that aligns with the Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Drive Partner Lead Generation through Account Mapping, facilitating AE-to-AE introductions, participating in joint marketing events, and organizing BDR callout days.
• Oversee Partner Sales to ensure alignment with AEs, manage Deal Registration and Opportunity Management, create Close Plans, and handle forecast management and reporting.
• Manage Partner Marketing by prioritizing requests, overseeing MDF and event management, leveraging CIB with Partners, and ensuring follow-up on all leads in collaboration with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct Partner Enablement by scheduling and facilitating sessions, driving completion of necessary online courses, and educating partners on the specific value proposition and GTM strategy.
• Develop and oversee business plans, ensuring partners understand the Partner Program and compliance requirements.
• Engage with Strategic, Distribution, and CSP Partners to drive deal closures within the region.
• Collaborate with our Services Team and AEs to assign the appropriate Managed or Implementation Services Partner to each deal, ensuring all expectations and collaborations are agreed upon and documented.
• Educate the field on Partners, Programs, Processes, and optimal engagement strategies with Partners.
• Proven partner sales professional who is Creative, Collaborative, and Committed to success.
• Strong understanding of and established relationships with leading Cyber Resellers, Technology Providers, GSI, and CSPs.
• A minimum of 8+ years of prior channel sales experience is essential.
• Previous experience in designing Partner Business/Channel Sales and Marketing plans.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
• A self-motivated, independent thinker with knowledge of the Cyber Security field and experience in a remote working environment.
• Capacity to sell complex Solutions with Services, including but not limited to: Endpoint, XDR/EDR, Asset Discovery, and Management.
