This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, faith-based groups, and local partners that host activations in designated areas.
β’ Assist partners in executing Party at the Polls events, which range from pop-up activities and single-day celebrations to multi-day voting locations.
β’ Act as the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobilization partners, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and support in accountability.
β’ Oversee activation quality and partner progress by utilizing program data tools, identifying issues, and escalating them to the National Organizing Director when necessary.
β’ Ensure partner compliance with event registration and reporting obligations in accordance with grant agreements.
β’ Aid in the implementation of voter protection strategies at high-risk locations, linking partners with legal resources, training materials, and safety instructions.
β’ Contribute to the development of partner training sessions and toolkits, ensuring hosts are equipped to conduct nonpartisan, safe, and effective events.
β’ Relay real-time insights from the field back to the coordination hub, ensuring that national strategies are shaped by on-the-ground experiences.
β’ Assist in recruitment efforts aimed at increasing attendance at activations within your designated region.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in community organizing, civic engagement, electoral programs, or a similar field.
β’ Proven experience in managing relationships with partners or vendors, including tracking deliverables and ensuring accountability.
β’ Background in supporting or implementing grant-funded initiatives, with an understanding of reporting requirements and compliance.
β’ A history of coordinating events or community activations, preferably across multiple locations or regions.
β’ Experience in project managing large-scale events and initiatives with a team.
β’ Familiarity with working in a nonprofit, advocacy, or civic engagement organization is advantageous.
