This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate within an integrated environment focusing on planning, cost, and risk management to enhance resource optimization.
• Adhere to established methodologies for planning and scheduling.
• Create baselines for Project Milestone and Progress tracking.
• Evaluate subcontractor adherence to the defined scheduling practices.
• Conduct schedule data analysis to pinpoint trends, issues, and areas that need attention.
• Engage and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the project schedule.
• Lead the process of schedule reporting and updates.
• Assess resource needs and their availability impacts on the project schedule.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.
• At least 8 years of pertinent experience in civil infrastructure construction, specifically in a scheduling role supporting major programs.
• Proven experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of network planning structures and techniques.
• Proficient in using Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later, as well as Microsoft Project.
