📋 Description

• Create and implement talent strategies that align workforce skills with organizational goals.

• Lead workforce planning efforts to determine current and future talent requirements throughout the organization.

• Oversee talent acquisition initiatives and external recruiting partnerships to ensure efficient sourcing, selection, and onboarding of talent.

• Design and execute employee retention strategies based on workforce data, market trends, and employee feedback.

• Direct culture and engagement initiatives that uphold organizational values, enhance employee connections, and promote a positive employee experience.

• Develop and manage learning and development programs that enhance organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and employee advancement.

• Establish and improve performance management programs that facilitate accountability, continuous feedback, and employee development.

• Lead organizational development initiatives aimed at boosting workforce effectiveness, supporting change initiatives, and enhancing performance.

• Utilize talent analytics, workforce data, and employee insights to guide decision-making and assess the effectiveness of programs.

• Integrate principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout talent management, learning, performance, and cultural initiatives.

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to ensure talent and culture programs align with business strategies and operational goals.

• Work with HR Operations to ensure that talent systems, technologies, and data meet both functional and organizational needs.

• Manage departmental resources, priorities, and operations to ensure the successful delivery of talent and culture programs and services.

• Lead, coach, and develop assigned staff while cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Advocate for the effective use of technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance talent and culture initiatives and processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.

• At least seven years of progressive experience in talent management, culture and engagement, organizational development, or human resources.

• A minimum of seven years managing cross-functional teams.

• Project management experience in a multi-project setting.

• Proven ability to develop and execute talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.

• Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, and employee experience practices.

• Strong understanding of performance management framework design, with the capability to design and manage multiple frameworks across various operating contexts.

• Ability to enhance the organization's capabilities through strategic hiring and talent acquisition.

• Capability to be a credible advocate for culture at all organizational levels.

• Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives and supporting workforce transformation efforts.

• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to foster capability, accountability, and engagement within teams.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data, interpret trends, and leverage insights to inform decision-making and assess program effectiveness.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated commitment to principles and practices of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

• Proficiency in human resources technologies and talent management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to utilize artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness, decision-making, and employee experience.
