This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and direct the origination and private equity commercial due diligence process.
• Ensure that Ducker Carlisle is recognized among key constituencies involved in deal sourcing.
• Cultivate and improve current deal sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the entire deal flow.
• Facilitate top-notch client engagement experiences.
• Act as a relationship manager for all newly acquired clients.
• Offer insights on investment theses and key business risks.
• Collaborate effectively with senior executives during the diligence process.
• Enhance Ducker Carlisle’s reputation as a thought leader within the private equity and investment banking sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a prestigious institution (advanced degree or MBA is preferred).
• Extensive experience in private equity consulting.
• Significant background in business development with a focus on private equity or mergers and acquisitions.
• Familiarity and connections within the middle-market private equity and investment banking landscape.
• Experience supporting transactions and client development in professional services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate engagements, preferably with private equity or investment banking clients.
• Professional demeanor with unwavering integrity, credibility, and character.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
