Country Study Operations Manager, ICD Customisation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Accountable for activities related to study and country levels from initiation through execution and conclusion.

• Oversee the management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor relations and budget oversight.

• Implement Start-up and Site Activation Plans at the regional, country, and study levels.

• Develop and manage the recruitment strategy at the country and study levels.

• Assist in formulating study-level plans.

• Facilitate communication with the local team, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to guarantee the efficient and timely execution of agreed-upon plans.

• Manage and oversee study and/or country vendors, ensuring coordination and follow-up on vendor deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and to take initiative.

• An M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is required.

• Preferred experience in a senior role during study start-up phases.
