Regional Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee several locations and promote operational excellence.

• Maintain the highest levels of safety and service standards.

• Support underperforming locations in their recruitment and hiring processes.

• Conduct thorough analyses of branch locations to pinpoint and address root causes of performance challenges.

• Engage with local customer representatives to discuss performance-related issues.

• Address trip coverage challenges.

• Organize and oversee vehicle maintenance programs.

• Cultivate relationships with each railroad customer.

• Inform Corporate management of any changes in railroad conditions that may affect branch demand.

• Participate in railroad safety meetings whenever feasible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• At least 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with all PTI software such as DriveCam, Trimble, and Crew.

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license from the state of intended employment.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving experience.

• Must reside within 30 minutes of the branch location.

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.

• Competence in using GPS/Technology Systems and interpreting roadmaps.

• Required to maintain a cell phone and keep PTI informed with the current contact number.

• Capability to lift and pull up to 15 pounds.

• Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle comfortably.

• Ability to bend down to inspect the undercarriage of vehicles and tires.

• Must be able to manually open and close all vehicle doors and hatches.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving, as needed.

• Must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
