This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the Divisional Director and enhance performance to reach operational excellence and established KPIs.
• Oversee tactical and transactional service-delivery tasks, Debt/WIP, P&L, compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, and personnel management.
• Utilize IT systems and reporting mechanisms to boost productivity, efficiency, and performance.
• Advocate for and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Confirm that statutory, mandatory, and routine inspections are carried out in line with the maintenance schedule and KPIs.
• Sustain operational performance, service standards, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout the region.
• Actively manage health and safety while fostering a safety-oriented culture.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships, address operational challenges, and pinpoint lucrative business opportunities.
• Oversee regional performance metrics and management information.
• Timely submission of incident, operational, and financial management reports in the specified format.
• Ensure audits are conducted and that corrective feedback is implemented.
• Lead initiatives related to energy and sustainability, including reporting, pain/gain management, and carbon reduction strategies.
• Supervise engineers’ Toolbox Talks and maintain technical support and infrastructure.
• Conduct listening sessions and employee forums to enhance engagement and address concerns.
• Provide contract and engineering assistance, particularly during tenders and bids.
• Guide teams through changes, innovation, technology adoption, and sharing of best practices.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and annual reviews; mentor direct reports.
• Manage team goals, personal development plans, and succession strategies.
• Oversee regional P&L and commercial activities.
• Uphold the Integral brand and offer advice and support to the Divisional Director.
• Possess a degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing performance against a set of KPIs within a regional business unit.
• Understanding of logistical and operational planning.
• Experience in facilitating change and organizational transformation.
• Relevant industry qualifications.
• Desirable formal Hard FM qualification, NEBOSH, or IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Proven experience in Facilities Management at a comparable level, with significant experience in the field.
• Exceptional customer service experience; customer service qualification or equivalent is a plus.
• Competent knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
