This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee Branch Managers by providing coaching, training, and guidance to meet branch sales, customer service, profitability, and asset management objectives.

• Support the hiring process, training, performance management, annual and midyear evaluations, as well as implementing corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, safety standards, and work instructions across branches and among employees.

• Address customer issues, complaints, and transactions as required.

• Manage, supervise, conduct, and follow up on Branch Visit Guides while rectifying any identified deficiencies.

• Assist in forecasting inventory requirements and ensure that sufficient product inventory is available and well-maintained.

• Resolve operational issues by liaising with the DOM, Regional Manager, or corporate office.

• Monitor account sales and ensure that accounts are actively managed via CRM systems.

• Review branch profit and loss statements and guide underperforming areas back on track.

• Collaborate with the Region Manager and Territory Sales Managers to achieve overall sales targets.

• Serve as a support resource for sales initiatives.

• Develop branch staffing and talent pipelines in partnership with the HR Business Partner, including networking and participation in the Branch Manager Training program.

• Ensure employees receive adequate training for their roles and coordinate with corporate office, HR, and company trainers.

• Collaborate with corporate real estate and operations regarding branch openings, closings, relocations, and layout planning.

• Conduct evaluations of potential real estate sites and locations.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities that support ongoing business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment.

• Knowledge of products and a strong understanding of the HVAC industry.

• Proven leadership and management capabilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, including AS400 and Microsoft Office.

• General understanding of HVAC wholesale operations.

• Familiarity with warehousing, inventory management, and facility lease agreements.

• Strong comprehension of sales profit and loss statements.

• Good judgment, a strong work ethic, and integrity.

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
