This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and expand Steer’s partner ecosystem within the automotive aftermarket.
• Take responsibility for comprehensive partner reporting, which includes enrollments, incentives, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate on partner announcements, enablement materials, and billing processes with RevOps and HubSpot teams.
• Oversee shop eligibility data, partner locator onboarding, and activation tracking for Directory-as-a-Service projects.
• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to convert leads generated by partners.
• Handle daily communications with integration partners and ensure alignment with Product and Engineering for launch preparation.
• Assist with beta testing and maintain internal documentation for integrations.
• Lead onboarding, resolve issues, and execute joint initiatives for marketing, loyalty, AI voice, and coaching partners.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with resources, materials, and insights for partner-driven opportunities.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Partnerships.
• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, channel operations, or ecosystem management in the automotive aftermarket.
• In-depth understanding of the operations of independent repair shops, including software evaluation, customer acquisition, and parts purchasing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Excellent organizational skills with practical experience using CRMs and reporting tools; HubSpot is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Established relationships or a robust network within the automotive aftermarket industry (preferred).
• Direct experience with repair shop management systems, automotive SaaS integrations, or technology ecosystems (preferred).
• Experience in supporting channel partner programs, marketplace platforms, or locator/DaaS networks (preferred).
• Completion of the Wonderlic Assessment is required by the end of the selection process.
