This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of a college diploma and relevant experience

• Background in radio communications or telecommunications

• Experience in project management and client service delivery

• Monitor costs, budget plans, forecasts, and timelines

• Collaborate in developing progress reports and monitoring systems

• Provide technical supervision to the operations team

• Demonstrated experience in people management/supervision, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams

• Background as an operational response coordinator

• Proficient in both French and English, in spoken and written forms

• Ability to coordinate and synthesize information from various stakeholders

• PMP certification or a comparable qualification is advantageous

• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities

• Completed ITIL v3 Foundation training and examination, or a promise to achieve it within three months of commencing work

• Experience in quality management

• Willingness to travel: 25–50%
