This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee Branch Managers by providing coaching, training, and guidance to meet branch sales, customer service, profitability, and asset management objectives.
• Support the hiring, training, performance management, evaluations, and corrective measures.
• Ensure that branches and staff adhere to company procedures, policies, safety regulations, and work instructions.
• Address customer issues, complaints, and transactions as necessary.
• Manage and execute Branch Visit Guides, follow up on deficiencies, and assist in finding solutions.
• Help with inventory forecasting to guarantee sufficient product inventory is available and well-maintained.
• Address operational issues through communication with the DOM, Regional Manager, or corporate office.
• Monitor account sales and verify that accounts are being managed through CRM.
• Analyze branch P&Ls and offer guidance to rectify underperforming areas.
• Collaborate with the Region Manager and Territory Sales Managers to meet sales targets.
• Serve as a support resource for sales efforts.
• Develop branch staffing and talent pipelines in conjunction with the HR Business Partner, including networking and engaging in the Branch Manager Training program.
• Ensure employees receive adequate role-specific training and coordinate with corporate office, HR, and company trainers.
• Coordinate with corporate real estate and operations regarding branch openings, closures, relocations, and layout planning.
• Conduct evaluations of real estate buildings and locations.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities to meet ongoing business requirements.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to multitask and make sound judgments.
• Familiarity with product knowledge and understanding of the HVAC industry.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Proficient in computer applications, including AS400 and Microsoft Office.
• General understanding of HVAC wholesale operations.
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and facility lease agreements.
• Solid understanding of sales P&Ls.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to fulfill essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
