📋 Description

• Oversee clinic operations within a specified multi-state area

• Ensure that each clinic operates efficiently, profitably, and maintains clinical excellence

• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams for clinics, including front desk personnel, medical assistants, and sonographers

• Collaborate closely with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to create a cooperative and high-trust clinical atmosphere

• Convert strategic objectives into practical execution in the field, encompassing clinic ramp-ups, staffing structures, and patient engagement initiatives

• Take responsibility for regional performance and organizational culture

• Enhance the experiences of both patients and team members across various clinics

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in multi-site operations leadership within the healthcare sector (preferably in clinics, outpatient settings, or practice management)

• Comprehensive understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput

• Demonstrated ability to drive regional performance, nurture team development, and achieve P&L outcomes

• Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (in Healthcare, Business, or a related field)

• Willingness and capability to travel regionally (up to 70%)

• A compassionate, servant leadership style

• Strong operational experience in managing multi-site healthcare facilities

• Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and cross-functional teams

• Capacity to align operational functions with business strategies while prioritizing the needs of patients and team members
