This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of around 50–70 travel agency accounts within a designated territory.
• Create and implement annual growth plans for the territory and accounts.
• Establish robust relationships with agency owners, managers, and top-performing advisors.
• Perform regular business evaluations to assess performance, pinpoint opportunities, and formulate action plans.
• Maintain a structured account management routine through in-person visits, virtual meetings, phone outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Meet annual passenger, First Time Traveler (FTT), and River growth objectives.
• Spot opportunities to boost Tauck's market presence among current agency partners.
• Propel growth across all Tauck product lines, including new brands and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage account performance data and market insights to prioritize sales strategies and investments.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor engagement, education, and sales activities.
• Advocate for advisor training programs, webinars, roadshows, Tauck Academies, and familiarization trips.
• Mentor, educate, and support travel advisors regarding Tauck's offerings, sales tactics, and best practices to help them expand their business and increase bookings.
• Ensure advisors have access to the necessary tools, resources, marketing support, and business insights for effective selling and advocacy for Tauck.
• Identify high-potential advisors and develop tailored growth strategies.
• Formulate territory-specific strategies that align with the company’s growth goals.
• Implement sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and advisor engagement programs within the region.
• Represent Tauck at trade shows, conferences, agency meetings, and industry events.
• Manage territory budgets and resources to optimize return on investment.
• Work collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Reservations, Groups Sales, and other internal teams to support agency success.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.
• Advocate for the needs of agencies and advisors while balancing the objectives of the company.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing revenue and growth targets.
• Knowledge of partner marketing strategies, with the ability to assess performance, analyze outcomes, and measure return on investment to guide future initiatives.
• Strong skills in territory management and business planning.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
