This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Formulate and implement the merchant acquisition strategy tailored for your region.
• Construct and oversee a pipeline of qualified merchant prospects.
• Seek out, engage, and secure new merchants through proactive and relationship-focused sales approaches.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to final agreement and successful onboarding.
• Identify high-potential merchant opportunities across various sectors.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful merchant rollouts.
• Propel merchant activation and enhance transaction volume post-launch.
• Establish local partnerships and co-marketing strategies to expedite merchant acquisition.
• Represent GoBTC Pay at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Continuously collect market intelligence and insights on competitors.
• Provide updates on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and commercial performance to leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation.
• Experience in selling fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, crypto, or financial products.
• Ability to independently develop a sales pipeline.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong inclination towards action.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Existing business network within the UAE.
• Proficient in English.

• Experience working with merchants or enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with payment processing, acquiring, or merchant services.
• Background in crypto or digital assets.
