This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and enhance marketing initiatives on both national and regional levels, in alignment with the Annual Strategic Brand Plans.
• Oversee projects throughout the promotional review process, adhering to regulatory standards and AbbVie procedures.
• Manage the strategy, execution, and budgeting for conventions, consulting with External Experts, advisory boards, and commercial peer-to-peer education programs.
• Assess marketing tactics and suggest opportunities for brand optimization to leadership.
• Provide valuable insights for marketing strategy, resource efficiency, and tactic development.
• Collaborate with field leadership to enhance the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Analyze market drivers, competitive landscapes, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence within the designated geography.
• Coordinate the deliverables from both external vendors and internal departments.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with External Experts, emerging leaders, patient associations, and professional organizations.
• Create regional engagement plans and implement tactics for External Expert engagement.
• Connect AbbVie Integrated Brand Teams with collaboration opportunities across various stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Immunology is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, sales management, or marketing.
• Gastroenterology experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in collaborating with integrated, cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations based in the field and headquarters.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards impacting pharmaceutical products.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
