This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Create and implement regional marketing strategies for CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® that align with national goals and local sales targets.
• Recognize market opportunities, cultural trends, and activation tactics that promote regional growth.
• Develop quarterly activation schedules to enhance consumer trials, boost retail conversions, and increase food service market share.
• Maximize market investments and the activation mix to achieve optimal reach, engagement, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to prioritize retail goals, account prospects, and distribution aims.
• Foster food service expansion through sampling initiatives, partnerships, and targeted activations.
• Provide marketing assistance for key account strategies and specific market opportunities.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, including forecasting, spending, invoices, compliance, reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of activations and refine investments based on performance metrics.
• Assist in product forecasting, inventory management, and allocation of regional resources.
• Lead regional activations, sponsorships, sampling initiatives, and experiential marketing efforts.
• Supervise and mentor assigned team members.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and field resources to ensure consistent implementation.
• Oversee regional logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, and activation resources.
• Monitor and report on regional performance metrics, including consumer reach, sampling effectiveness, engagement, productivity, activation mix, and retail conversion rates.
• Utilize market insights and reporting tools to pinpoint optimization opportunities and provide summaries and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, distributors, community groups, retail partners, food service operators, and agencies.
• Assist in national initiatives and regional priorities using market insights and consumer feedback.
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, regional marketing, or similar roles in CPG, beverage, food service, or related industries.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
• Experience collaborating with sales organizations and distributor networks.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% within the Northeast Region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve measurable business results.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to link field marketing efforts to business outcomes while managing competing priorities.
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and accountability.
• A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
• Must successfully pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods during activations and events.
