This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive revenue generation and enhance sales through B2C and B2B enrolments in courses and programs.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets while ensuring risk management in reaching these goals.
• Comprehend the products offered and effectively communicate their functions and benefits to professionals and students via various channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and social media.
• Generate leads and successfully convert them into admissions.
• Encourage walk-ins and convert them into new registrations or re-registrations.
• Foster and nurture strong, enduring relationships with customers.
• Organize seminars to present courses to technical colleges and universities.
• Cultivate extensive knowledge in the e-learning and certification business.
• Consistently update and manage the Customer Management Information System (MIS), database, and other relevant data points.
• Collaborate with Course Provider Partners regarding all admission-related documentation.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables, fee installments, and joining amounts.
• 5 to 8 years of demonstrated and relevant sales experience in the Education, E-Learning, or Ed-Tech industry, managing sales for both B2B and B2C customers.
• A graduate degree, preferably an MBA in Marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).

• A strong passion for addressing customer challenges and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, along with effective pitching abilities.
