This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and oversee a regional sales team.
• Ensure efficient regional coverage and enhance sales execution to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Formulate and articulate sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
• Identify and establish relationships with key customers and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Represent Coloplast’s Ostomy Care product portfolio to acute care and alternate site clients.
• Provide guidance, set priorities, and evaluate team performance against KPIs, sales targets, and quotas.
• Manage regional sales forecasts, budgets, staffing, account responsibilities, operating income, and expenditures.
• Negotiate customer contracts as required.
• Cultivate strategic customer partnerships and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Commercial teams regarding product support and pricing.
• Recruit and staff the team, assess performance, offer feedback, coach employees, and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies based on market dynamics, trends, opportunities, competitors, and product value.
• Adhere to ethical standards, applicable laws and regulations, industry codes of conduct, and company policies.
• BA or BS degree.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• 3+ years of successful medical sales management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight travel, 50%–75% of the time.
• Reside within the Sales Region for which responsible.
• Candidates based in Tampa and Miami will also be considered.
• Capability to meet healthcare customers in person at their facilities or healthcare systems.
• Completion of credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities or systems.
• Valid driver's license; driving is a requirement.
• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated success in establishing long-term relationships with Supply Chain executives.
• Ability to guide sales teams through a complex and lengthy sales process.
• Adaptability and readiness for change.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in reporting, strategic planning, and project management at both account and regional levels.
• In-depth knowledge of Ostomy Care products.
• Awareness of current and emerging industry trends, technologies, competitors, and market positioning.
• Proactive, high-performance, and results-driven approach.
• Ability to operate, manage, and lead with ethical integrity.
• Skill in nurturing internal and external customer relationships using consultative methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening, articulation, and advocacy.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM databases.
