This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement CVRx's reimbursement strategy within a designated geographic area.

• Act as the regional authority on reimbursement, coverage, coding, payment processes, prior authorization, appeals, and payer policies.

• Collaborate with customers to tackle intricate reimbursement issues and enhance patient access.

• Analyze reimbursement trends and propose scalable solutions that bolster enterprise strategies.

• Assist in strategic customer interactions where reimbursement expertise is vital for therapy adoption.

• Provide education to commercial teams regarding reimbursement trends, payer modifications, and market dynamics.

• Establish robust relationships with physicians, health systems, coding and billing experts, and reimbursement stakeholders.

• Share reimbursement insights that guide Market Access, Marketing, Customer Experience, Clinical, and Commercial Leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• At least seven years of progressive experience in reimbursement, market access, patient access, or payer strategy within medical devices, biotechnology, or specialty pharmaceuticals.

• Proven expertise in supporting both commercial and government reimbursement initiatives.

• Solid understanding of coverage, coding, payment processes, prior authorization, and appeals.

• Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
