This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Coaching, guiding, and nurturing Area Managers.
• Responsible for overseeing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Present and promote company products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
• Create action plans and timelines to pinpoint specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.
• Identify sales opportunities and engage these and other assigned accounts.
• Develop and sustain sales materials along with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
• Manage Area Managers through quality assessments and follow-ups.
• Identify and address client issues.
• Prepare a range of status reports, including activities, closures, follow-ups, and adherence to objectives.
• Relay new product and service opportunities, significant developments, information, or feedback obtained through field activities to relevant company personnel.
• Create and execute special sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Engage in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Travel is required throughout the assigned territory.
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales management.
• High energy with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential; proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
