This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Area Managers.
• Overseeing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Presenting and marketing company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Creating action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.
• Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Developing and maintaining sales materials along with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients.
• Supervising Area Managers through quality assessments and follow-up activities.
• Identifying and addressing client concerns.
• Compiling various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
• Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, insights, or feedback collected from field activities to the relevant company personnel.
• Developing and executing specialized sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
• High-energy individual with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the designated region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word).
