This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage field operations for clinics within the designated region.
• Ensure the consistent execution of corporate SOPs, enhance regional performance, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Accountable for staffing, coaching, and nurturing clinic leaders, while driving revenue and unit sales and upholding high standards of compliance and patient care.
• Significant travel to clinics in the assigned region as well as to regional meetings as required.
• Lead and develop clinic managers to meet regional objectives and sustain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs, policies, brand standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage staffing strategies to guarantee suitable coverage, training, and succession planning at the clinic level.
• Propel regional revenue growth and increased hearing aid unit sales through coaching, performance management, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and headquarters to roll out new programs, tools, and process enhancements.
• Monitor regional performance metrics, formulate action plans, and report outcomes to the Regional Director.
• Address escalated issues at the clinic level, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent 4 years of directly related, progressive experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in the hearing care industry, retail healthcare, or related sectors.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior management or multi-site leadership experience; proven capability to develop and mentor clinic managers.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing patient outcomes.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a collaborative leadership approach.
• Outstanding communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• A data-driven mindset with the capacity to analyze performance metrics and convert insights into actionable steps.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to support clinics and participate in regional meetings.
