This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide leadership, support, and oversight to Property Managers.
• Drive property performance, compliance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure efficient operations of communities in alignment with National Church Residences' mission, values, and operational standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate employee development.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and other relevant regulations.
• Perform property audits and operational reviews to guarantee adherence to company standards.
• Address resident relations concerns and support corrective action plans when needed.
• Oversee the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance of properties and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure that communities are maintained to company standards both inside and out.
• Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and service for all residents.
• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or a combination of education and experience equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of property management experience.
• At least two years of on-site property management experience.
• Previous supervisory or multi-site management experience is preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based applications, and property management software.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidate status is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the assigned portfolio.
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance are required.
