This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.
• Drive sustainable growth within the designated region in accordance with business goals.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies specific to the region.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the region and put initiatives into action.
• Lead, mentor, and influence independent or third-party sales partners.
• Set clear, measurable objectives and carry out regular performance assessments.
• Oversee regional promotions and programs while adhering to budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain annual regional business plans.
• Collaborate with various functions and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of experience and education.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% within the territory.
• Proven experience leading sales initiatives in a regional, territory-based, or multi-market setting.
• Documented success in working within indirect, distributor, channel, or partner-based sales models.
• Capability to analyze market data, financial metrics, and sales performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience in business planning and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
