Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage daily operations within a designated region.

• Supervise a team of 15-20 technicians, fostering an environment conducive to employee success.

• Provide staff with opportunities for development, coaching, and constructive feedback.

• Offer regular performance evaluations along with setting annual objectives.

• Enhance the skills of subordinates and promote their professional growth.

• Implement the company's specific management strategy for the assigned region.

• Guide the team to effectively deliver EFS’s array of services, ensure adherence to processes, and take accountability for team performance.

• Ensure alignment with the client's overall objectives and performance metrics, including but not limited to: work order completion, chargeability, process compliance, team development, and safety.

• Gather and utilize customer feedback (both internal and external).

• Cultivate a focus on quality in others; enhance processes, products, and services.

• Continuously strive to improve supervisory skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferred 5+ years of supervisory experience.

• Experience in operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties is preferred.

• Ability to recognize industry best practices and a proven track record of applying them across multiple sites/accounts.

• Facility Management and Integrated Facility Management experience preferred.

• Must be willing to travel.

• Proficient in using a PC and/or tablet to access and analyze data within company systems.
