This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Achieving or surpassing the established sales quota while adhering to an annual budget for expenses.
• Overseeing the Sales Plan for the designated area.
• Suggesting effective solutions to enhance sales performance.
• Mentoring employees to reach their assigned goals.
• Creating a precise regional analysis of the territory and customer demographics.
• Building and sustaining productive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Organizing and leading regional sales meetings.
• Planning and coordinating major regional trade shows and clinical meetings as necessary.
• Accompanying sales representatives on joint sales calls.
• Recruiting, training, and nurturing the sales team in line with company policies.
• Directly managing key customer accounts.
• Enhancing the value of the existing customer base.
• Recognizing and securing new significant customers.
• Ensuring maximum operational efficiency within the budget constraints.
• Delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience in a similar role within multinational companies; experience in the dental sector is a notable advantage.
• A university degree or equivalent educational background.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with IT tools.
• Exceptional skills in managing sales representatives under agency contracts.
• Understanding of sales and territory management strategies.
• Strong results-driven focus.
• Public speaking proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity.
