Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Management of personnel within the designated area

• Coordination of field force activities and supervision of representatives' performance

• Fostering strong relationships between the company, healthcare sector representatives, and pharmacy chains

• Conducting regular market assessments and maintaining KPI records

• Planning and executing promotional initiatives such as conferences, round tables, and projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in medicine or pharmacy

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a regional manager

• Proficiency in Russian

• Familiarity with regional specifics

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience in managing personnel

• Traits of integrity, leadership, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
