Regional Manager – Alternate Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Sell and distribute ZOLL automatic and manual external defibrillators and accessories in the Non & Post-Acute Care and Ambulatory Care markets.

• Travel throughout the designated region to engage with physicians, nursing homes, dental markets, sales representatives, managers, distributors, and end-user customers.

• Manage and inspire distribution and dental channels through strategic territory planning, product training, and collaborative sales calls.

• Coordinate leads, orders, and quotes with medical distributors, manufacturer representatives, and dental distributors.

• Provide product training for distribution channels.

• Develop and implement the annual corporate sales action plan.

• Attend national and regional trade shows, as well as sales and marketing meetings as required.

• Maintain regular communication with distribution channels and ZOLL support personnel.

• Complete necessary administrative paperwork promptly.

• Oversee the execution of marketing plans to stimulate market activity.

• Report on progress to enhance relationship visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year BS/BA college degree is required.

• At least 5 years of experience selling capital equipment in a hospital market is required.

• Experience with distribution/channel management is essential.

• Experience with defibrillators is an advantage.

• Exceptional written, oral, and organizational skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and travel as necessary.

• 65% travel is required.
