This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assemble a high-performing, results-oriented team that exemplifies Verathon’s (V7) core values.

• Oversee talent management within the sales organization by attracting top candidates, facilitating successful onboarding, and prioritizing engagement and development planning.

• Deliver ongoing coaching to Territory Managers on sales techniques and strategies.

• Assist Territory Managers in developing sales solutions that align with customer needs while optimizing revenue and profitability.

• Organize regular ride-along days with Territory Managers and provide constructive feedback.

• Formulate a strategy for Clinical Specialists to work collaboratively with their team and boost BFlex (SU Bronch) revenue.

• Fully leverage the CRM system (Salesforce.com) on a daily basis to manage the regional Pipeline, Forecast, and Opportunities to surpass quotas and achieve double-digit sales growth.

• Create, negotiate, and oversee local IDN agreements to foster sustainable, long-term growth and enhance market share within the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.

• Generally requires a minimum of 5 years of B2B outside sales experience.

• Typically necessitates at least 2 years of proven leadership experience.

• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including Covid-19 vaccine).

• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and carrying up to 25 pounds.

• Must reside within the region, with preferences for candidates from Chicago, Wisconsin, or Minnesota.

• Anticipated overnight travel is 5-6 nights per month, on average, to cover the territory.

• Required to travel for the annual sales meeting, regional meetings, and in-person training as necessary.
