This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic oversight and growth of key accounts, including managing terms and conditions, cooperative advertising funds (WKZ), and accountability for results (primarily EDEKA)
• Achieving targets for sales, distribution, and product listings
• Establishing and nurturing strong connections with decision-makers while independently conducting annual and sales meetings
• Planning, executing, and monitoring customer-specific agreements and initiatives
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and market trends, as well as competitor developments to formulate actionable insights
• Executing category management and trade marketing initiatives
• Collaborating closely with National Key Account Management and the field sales team
• Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a similar commercial qualification
• Professional experience in Key Account Management
• In-depth understanding of the German retail landscape and its structures
• Background in field sales, category management, and trade marketing within an FMCG company
• Established expertise in conducting negotiations on pricing and terms
• Proficient in English at a negotiation level (fluent in both spoken and written English)
• Significant autonomy for independent and self-directed work
