
Regional Key Account Manager – Animal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Meet the sales targets for the Company's products within the designated territory.
• Engage with Licensed Veterinarians to promote AHD products through direct presentations and various effective methods.
• Develop and deliver an annual sales strategy for the territory, evaluating each practice’s market potential, AHD products market share, challenges, and opportunities, while crafting strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
• Collect and document individual account market data by entering it daily into the approved CRM system database and reporting daily activities.
• Regularly update CRM territory data in sync with headquarters sales data to ensure current account information for effective pre-call planning.
• Identify, engage with, and support Key Opinion Leaders in the assigned territory, maintaining regular communication with the division marketing department to relay insights regarding developments in the US market, opportunities, and requests from KOLs.
• Collaborate closely with the AHD Marketing Department to monitor competitors' pricing and distribution strategies; suggest and implement suitable AHD pricing and distribution approaches.
• Oversee territory selling expenses within the approved budget.
• Collaborate with relevant corporate departments to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Seek out new accounts.
• Evaluate prospects and convert them into customers.
• Complete and submit necessary administrative tasks (expense reports, activity reports, etc.) in line with company policies and within designated timeframes.
• Consistently represent AHD in a professional and positive manner, ensuring that the AHD upholds the highest standards of business ethics in its US operations.
• Promote a culture of mutual respect and demonstrate strong teamwork among all members of AHD and American Regent.
• Carry out any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience or over 5 years of experience in the Animal Health sector required.
• Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with knowledge of CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated individual.
• The Regional Key Account Manager must be adaptable to attend national or regional events that may require weekend participation, as necessary.
