Regional KA Manager – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Define business objectives, plan, and budget expenses to achieve the expected sales volume, market share, and growth rate within the allocated budget.

• Develop and implement coordinated visit plans to utilize time effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure the proper execution of the company's market strategies and activities within the region, analyze the regional market, and ensure reasonable allocation and effective investment of resources.

• Collect and provide timely and accurate market information, forecast regional market risks, and ensure effective business advancement.

• Maintain a high standard of professional visits and establish stable, positive collaborations with key clients.

• Monitor and understand the regional purchasing, sales, and inventory situation to ensure reasonable stock levels.

• Collaborate closely with regional business colleagues to ensure smooth supply flow.

• Utilize resources judiciously and control expenses.

• Provide timely and accurate monthly sales data, including sales volume, procurement status, and expense details.

• Complete other required reports accurately and promptly as mandated by the company.

• Fulfill additional temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Master and continuously update product knowledge, learning and utilizing materials provided by the marketing department for product promotion.

• Adhere to the company's SOPs, financial policies, and ethical standards.
