Pharmacy Technician Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned pharmacy team.

• Collaborate with Pharmacy Supervisors and Managers to enhance and support departmental efficiencies.

• Engage in frontline, day-to-day responsibilities as directed by leadership.

• Provide training for new hires, cross-trainees, and existing team members who need additional assistance.

• Oversee the completion of cross-training through effective communication and scheduling with designated trainees.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, which include the development of training guides and SOPs.

• Aid leadership in identifying and enhancing team member performance.

• Exemplify leadership by supporting the goals of the company and department.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Certified Technician with certification from their home state’s Board of Pharmacy.

• Demonstrated experience with departmental workflows and processes.

• Previous experience with ExactCare operational workflows and processes in the relevant department is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of adjudicating claims and resolving rejections.

• Capacity to adapt to varying training outcomes.

• Competence in developing training schedules/programs that align with departmental goals and expectations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support various facets within Operations.

• Willingness to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
