Regional Infusion Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage with various healthcare professionals to inspire and inform them about Vivo's extensive services and the benefits available to patients.

• Identify new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships.

• Maintain curiosity and stay updated on market developments.

• Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams to share insights on any observed market changes.

• Partner with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to formulate effective strategies.

• Employ consultative selling techniques to effectively address the concerns of providers and their patients.

• Provide an informed evaluation of each provider's infusion requirements and promote Vivo's comprehensive range of patient-centered services and established processes.

• Utilize the provided Pharma Rep contact sheets to strengthen relationships within the assigned territory.

• Use the company CRM (Trella Health) to document daily calls and maintain notes regarding the region.

• Approach sales opportunities with a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and care.

• Collaborate with Patient Care Navigators, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing team members at Vivo, fostering mutual respect and professionalism.

• Uphold Vivo's stellar reputation by representing the company in alignment with our guiding principles, mission, and values.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is essential.

• At least 2 years of experience in pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales is required.

• A valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory are necessary.

• Must be highly driven with a proven history of managing a sales territory while achieving and surpassing sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors, are required.

• Exceptional customer service capabilities, learning agility, and problem-solving skills are a must.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as the ability to learn or prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Experience with Trella Healthcare is advantageous.
