Regional Human Resources Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with Regional Operations, Manufacturing Directors, Plant Managers, and functional leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.

β€’ Offer coaching and consultation on organizational structure, leadership effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning.

β€’ Examine workforce metrics and trends to discover opportunities that enhance operational performance.

β€’ Facilitate business growth, acquisitions, restructuring, and integration efforts.

β€’ Oversee complex employee relations investigations and suggest suitable resolutions.

β€’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as company policies.

β€’ Reduce organizational risk through consistent policy application and sound employment decisions.

β€’ Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) talent management team to foster succession planning and leadership development across manufacturing sites.

β€’ Work with Talent Acquisition to create recruiting strategies for essential positions.

β€’ Assist in workforce planning initiatives that synchronize staffing with production requirements.

β€’ Lead efforts in organizational design and workforce optimization projects.

β€’ Execute HR initiatives that enhance productivity and boost employee engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operational settings.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience collaborating with senior operational leaders.

β€’ Strong background in employee relations and investigation processes.

β€’ Familiarity with federal and state employment laws.

β€’ Experience in supporting multi-site operations.

β€’ Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% within the designated region.

β€’ Preferred certification in SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP.

β€’ Experience in both union and non-union manufacturing environments.

β€’ Background in acquisitions, organizational transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
