Regional HR Manager – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistent execution of HR initiatives and processes.

• Serve as a business partner for the THD Logistics group.

• Cultivate an evolving role for the HR function within Logistics.

• Build credibility across the organization.

• Advocate for Home Depot's Union Free philosophy.

• Oversee and evaluate leadership development and succession planning processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.

• Must possess current and comprehensive knowledge of all laws pertaining to HR Management.
