This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
β’ Collaborate with the COO in our Rx Operations divisions to create and implement people strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
β’ Provide consultation on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent positioned as we expand.
β’ Lead the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, talent development, and other essential people process initiatives to identify and cultivate our future leaders.
β’ Partner with and coach people managers in retail pharmacy and fulfillment to achieve excellence in people leadership.
β’ Manage and address high-level employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and coaching managers to promote a healthy and compliant work environment.
β’ Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and offer proactive solutions to the executive team.
β’ Serve as an advocate for Fuze Healthβs culture, ensuring our values are embedded throughout the employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive professional HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated HRBP leadership role.
β’ Experience in high-growth tech or healthcare/life sciences is strongly preferred.
β’ Proven partnership experience with C-suite executives.
β’ A solid understanding of how a global healthcare organization operates.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, 'builder' environment, where you can navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly as the business evolves.
