Consultant HR Digitalisierung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation and configuration of HR software at our clients (focus on Personio)

• Analysis of existing HR processes and development of digital solutions

• Creation of automations and integrations using Power Automate

• Participation in the development of proprietary products and tools utilizing modern web technologies (React)

• Utilization of Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development as part of your daily toolkit

• Direct collaboration with clients — from requirements gathering to go-live

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in the field of HR digitalization, HR IT, or software implementation

• Experience with Personio (configuration, workflows, interfaces)

• Knowledge of Power Automate for process automation

• Basic knowledge of React

• AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) — you utilize modern tools to work faster and smarter

• Structured and self-responsible working style

• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
