Online Adjunct Professor, Human Resources Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and prepare the assigned course(s) in Blackboard, ensuring all required elements are completed by the specified deadline.

• Deliver approximately 12-14 hours of instruction weekly spread across five days.

• Facilitate engaging discussions, evaluate student assignments, and respond to student questions.

• Exhibit the capability to implement the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Leadership, or a business-related field with graduate coursework in human resources.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a human resource role or a position that involves human resource functions.

• At least one year of teaching experience.

• Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS), particularly Blackboard, is preferred.
