This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Collaborate with regional executives to develop workforce strategies that align with regional growth initiatives.
β’ Provide support for change management during organizational transitions and market entry processes.
β’ Serve as a direct communication link between Global HQ HR and local regional teams.
β’ Offer data-driven insights to regional leadership to enhance operational effectiveness.
β’ Create tailored talent acquisition strategies for executive and high-impact sales leadership positions.
β’ Oversee regional succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline for emerging markets.
β’ Execute annual regional talent assessments and design focused upskilling programs.
β’ Implement standardized corporate performance appraisal systems adapted to local market needs.
β’ Mentor regional country managers on performance facilitation and effective feedback methods.
β’ Stay updated on local labor law changes across all assigned countries to minimize legal risks.
β’ Address complex employee relations issues, grievances, and local compliance disputes.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in law, Human Resources, or a related field.
β’ At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
β’ Previous experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional headquarters with matrix reporting structures.
β’ Experience in the direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
β’ Multi-language proficiency: Professional fluency in English and at least one other major language relevant to the region is necessary.
β’ Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) is a considerable advantage.
β’ Strong understanding of labor law regulations within the designated region.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholder relationships remotely.
β’ High data literacy with experience utilizing AI tools for enhanced workflow efficiency.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business requirements.
