This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with regional executives to develop workforce plans that facilitate regional growth.
• Offer change management assistance during organizational transitions and market entries.
• Serve as a direct communication link between Global HQ HR and local regional teams.
• Provide data-driven insights about personnel to regional leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create tailored talent acquisition strategies for executive and high-impact sales leadership positions.
• Oversee regional succession planning to ensure robust leadership pipelines for emerging markets.
• Conduct annual talent reviews for the region and create targeted upskilling initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-border onboarding experiences that cater to regional specifics.
• Implement standardized corporate appraisal systems adjusted to local market requirements.
• Mentor regional country managers on performance enablement and effective feedback methodologies.
• Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Tiens Group’s values and direct-selling business model.
• Manage employee engagement programs to minimize cross-border turnover rates.
• Track local labor law developments across all assigned countries to reduce legal risks.
• Address complex employee relations issues, grievances, and local compliance challenges.
• Provide guidance on standard compensation modifications and the localization of corporate benefit programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
• Experience in the direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Professional fluency in English and one other major language of the designated region is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) is a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor law frameworks within the designated region.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-cultural teams and remote stakeholder engagement.
• Strong data literacy and experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business needs.
