This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with regional executives to develop workforce strategies that facilitate regional growth.
• Provide support for change management during organizational transformations and market entries.
• Serve as a direct communication conduit between Global HQ HR and local regional teams.
• Deliver data-driven insights regarding personnel to regional leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create tailored talent acquisition strategies for executive and high-impact sales leadership positions.
• Oversee regional succession planning to ensure robust leadership pipelines for emerging markets.
• Conduct annual regional talent assessments and design focused upskilling initiatives.
• Facilitate competitive cross-border onboarding experiences tailored to the specific regional context.
• Implement standardized corporate appraisal systems customized to local market conditions.
• Mentor regional country managers on performance enablement and constructive feedback methodologies.
• Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Tiens Group’s values and direct-selling business model.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives aimed at reducing cross-border turnover rates.
• Keep track of localized labor law developments across all assigned countries to mitigate legal risks.
• Address complex employee relations, grievances, and local compliance issues.
• Provide guidance on standard compensation adjustments and localizing corporate benefit programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
• Prior experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
• Experience in direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail industries is highly desirable.
• Multi-language proficiency: Professional fluency in English and at least one other major language of the designated region is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) is a significant advantage.
• In-depth understanding of labor law frameworks in the designated region.
• Proven track record of managing cross-cultural teams and executing stakeholder management remotely.
• Strong data literacy with experience utilizing AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 20% of the time depending on business requirements.
