This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the primary strategic HR partner to Regional Vice Presidents and Market Operations Directors across various markets.
• Recommend, translate, and implement people initiatives that align with operational objectives, including workforce planning, leadership development, retention strategies, and cultural enhancement.
• Utilize data, trends, and insights to guide decisions and create scalable interventions across different regions and store formats.
• Drive and support enterprise-level initiatives such as performance cycles, compensation evaluations, organizational design modifications, and HR system introductions.
• Develop repeatable and scalable HR processes that minimize manual tasks for stores and enhance consistency across regions.
• Establish routines, standards, and operational mechanisms to ensure consistent HR support.
• Identify operational and personnel challenges and devise targeted solutions.
• Create and implement workforce plans encompassing staffing strategies, labor optimization, performance management, and leadership development.
• Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues across multiple districts.
• Advise leaders on the consistent application of policies, values, and leadership behaviors.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, forecasting, and capability planning.
• Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, and bench readiness.
• Mentor leaders to enhance decision-making, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ensure HR practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations across a multi-state environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on benefits, compensation, accommodations, investigations, and performance cycles.
• Lead people-related changes for market growth, organizational design shifts, process enhancements, and structural adjustments.
• Influence the adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Extensive experience supporting multi-unit operations in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Ability to translate people strategies into scalable initiatives that yield meaningful business results.
• Experience functioning as a senior-level individual contributor with significant cross-functional influence.
• Capability to anticipate needs, diagnose issues, and implement scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret trends and transform insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across various states.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
• Residency within the supported Pennsylvania region.
