This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture customer relationships throughout the region.

• Assist with lettings, inspections, and the management of developments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from the viewing stage through to move-in, and from inspections to move-out.

• Provide exceptional customer experiences during viewings, move-in days, mid-term inspections, and move-outs.

• Address and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

• Organize and conduct viewings and open-house events.

• Collect and document feedback from viewings in the property management system.

• Guide customers through the application process and respond to inquiries.

• Perform in-person Right to Rent checks as necessary.

• Prepare inventories and facilitate home-move appointments.

• Conduct mid-term property and development inspections, reporting maintenance needs.

• Execute void inspections, including property handovers, water flushing, and insurance checks.

• Attend move-out appointments and prepare check-out inventories.

• Verify the completion of works and perform quality checks for the centralized property management team.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and fire risk assessments for buildings.

• Maintain a secure, safe, and thriving estate.

• Foster relationships with management companies, developers, agents, and internal teams.

• Support asset and tenancy management performance targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in residential property inspections, lettings, or property management.

• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.

• A valid UK driving license.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Ability to have a home EV charger installed at your residence.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined when working independently.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Awareness of and responsiveness to customer needs.

• Comfortable adapting to a dynamic work environment.

• A growth mindset and openness to exploring new methods.

• A solid range of IT skills.
