This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Drive the profitable expansion of the E-commerce portfolio within the designated Region by executing the E-Commerce Distribution strategy.
• Meet the Regional Commercial objectives.
• Execute the Allianz Trade E-Commerce target distribution approach by overseeing the team responsible for direct/indirect sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Implement the Regional distribution components outlined in the marketing plan.
• Collaborate with the Group Distribution & Partnership team to manage relationships with partners in the respective Regions (including Banks, CMSs, PSPs, Brokers, Agents, and Allianz).
• Demonstrate the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships within a dynamic business environment.
• Scale up the Sales and CSM organization from its current foundation in the Region, possessing knowledge of APIs and the technology supporting our solutions.
• Generate market demand for Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), Embedded Finance, and Online Sellers.
• Oversee the listing of our product in the United States.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with local marketing teams and participate in events and roundtables to boost market awareness of e-commerce.
• Extensive knowledge of E-Commerce and the specific market nuances of the Region.
• Capability to convert market insights into innovative strategies for AZT’s sustainable growth.
• Business acumen: keen interest in and understanding of E-Commerce trends within the Region, along with major market movements in Payments, BNPL, Credit Cards, Fintech, Finance, and Banking.
• Comprehensive understanding of distribution management, general API/Tech knowledge, particularly concerning Partners, Sales, and CSM teams.
• Proficiency in establishing a vast network with strong connections to internal stakeholders in Group/Regions.
• Competence in motivating Sales and CSM teams and other stakeholders, while monitoring Salesforce performance.
• Fundamental awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies with a passion for learning and incorporating AI into daily business operations.
