This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates from both German and international markets

• Perform outreach and engage with passive candidates

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of high-caliber professionals across key functions

• Assist with recruitment for pre-defined open positions

• Carry out initial mechanical screenings and organize candidates

• Ensure talent pipelines remain engaged and ready for hiring at all times
