Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Order Management – Accurately and efficiently handle customer orders, refunds, and product exchanges.

• Customer Service & Issue Resolution – Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

• Reporting & Trend Tracking – Monitor recurring product issues and customer complaints to identify trends.

• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to comprehensively address customer needs.

• Administrative & Data Support – Conduct weekly data cleanup to ensure all records are up-to-date, organized, and precise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Shopify Experience – Proficient in navigating and managing daily e-commerce operations within Shopify.

• Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage customers in a warm and professional manner.

• Customer-Centric Mindset – Patient, empathetic, and solution-driven; you have a genuine desire to assist others, which is evident in your interactions.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized – Capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records without oversight.

• E-Commerce Background – Previous experience in D2C, consumer goods, or a similarly fast-paced online retail setting.

• Order Fulfillment Knowledge (Bonus) – Understanding of pick/pack/ship workflows or replacement order processes is advantageous.

• Upselling Experience (Bonus) – Comfortable with identifying opportunities to recommend products and enhance value during customer interactions.

• CRM or Helpdesk Tools (Bonus) – Familiarity with platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or other customer support systems.
